WTB HCT20% healing, HRT20% protection staff

title states the basics of it. I'm looking for a staff that fits (roughly) the following description:

Insightful <stafftype> of Enchanting
Energy + 10
blahblah dmg (req 8 - 10 healing/protection/divine)
Halves casting time of Healing Prayer spells (20% chance)
Halves recharge time of Protection Prayer spells (20% chance)
Energy + 5
Enchantments last 20% longer


I dont really care about the head and wrapping mods. just those two inherent mods are what im looking for.

I have Kaolin's Protection Staff if you want

Stats:

* Energy +10
* Fire Damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Divine Favor)
* Halves casting time of Protection Prayers spells (Chance: 20%)
* Halves skill recharge of Protection Prayers spells (Chance: 20%)
* Protection Prayers +1 (20% chance while using skills)
* Health +30

yea.... finding a gold staff like this would be completely by chance lol

right now im using a kepkhets, so kaolin's staff doesn't interest me much.

Assuming I can't find this staff, im just going to use two weapon sets so i can get what i what.

1) Totem Axe + HCT20/HRT20 healing ankh
2) Totem Axe + HCT20/HRT20 protective icon

heh... that would even give me an extra +2nrg lol.

i'd still rather find the staff though :P

Closest I can get for you is a req 8 Divine Holy branche, 20 casting helaing, 10 recharge all
