I can hit flame burst 3 times in 15 seconds for 99 fire damage each.
Severe artery, (for bleeding).
Gash to lower health by 20%.
Final Thrust to finish as opponents health should be under 50% by now.

I haven’t tried this in PvP yet. Will this work ok in PvP
Seems to work ok for PvE. I used it in tombs a few times. Did some good damage to several monsters at once.

This won't work in PvP, relies on your char hitting enemies standing still. Which most good players won't do in PvP

It won't be so hot(no pun intended) in PvP. Warriors are all about DPS and spikes on a single target, and this build doesn't fit the description. A Starburst/Flame Burst Elementalist will do what you're trying to do, and do it a whole lot better.
