Gahhh...
I'm no expert but I'd say no more than 30-50k.
High Req, and (while enchanted) Damage Mod balanced against rare skin.

I'd get several more opinions though.

150k+ easily perfect base and the req really isnt a problem if ur actually using your sword to do damage...
