i havent had ne probs with energy. ive been pveing this for a bit and have had little to no energy probs.

You can only have 1 weapon spell on you at a time. Why bother with Vital Weapon?
Essence Strike is okay for your energy concners (recharge of 8 seconds is a bit long).

I think thats why you don't have energy issue, it isn't because Barrage End Splinter but Splinter ends when a successful hit is made. So you have to spam Splinter as well as Barrage and thats alone give enermy issue.

Splinter WEapon + Barrage must look reeealy cool.

Splinter is set off on your first hit, it does not affect all of the barrage arrows. Splinter works great when used on your party (it lasts for quite some time) and hope the foes are bunched up.
