Pc on +15nrg - 1/2 recharge inspiration magic - cane

this cane would be very useful in a tight situation i would imagine, consider this scenario: you are playing a boon prot, you are in a closely matched gvg, a mesmer on the opposing team notices that you do not have your low energy weapon set on and burns away your energy, if you take no action to regain that energy your team could wipe resulting in a loss, but you fortunatly have this +15 energy cane with halves skill recharge of inspiration magic, you switch to your cane and energy drain the opposing monk, also getting a half skill recharge of your energy drain letting you drain him quickly again, he loses his energy helping your team and you regaining your energy thanks to your cane.

i am curious how much a rare peice of equipment such as this would go for.

remember that the requirement of the cane only links to the damage it does when you wand, and the quick switch to this cane that you would use it for would not be enough time to wand anyways so the req is really not important.

20k perhaps more, not much since it's imperfect and mixed... like it or not that affects prices more than the "uber leetness" of your item...
