Mesmer in Need
ok i have a mesmer, (and a 55 monk but that doesnt matter) and i wanna dual ss/55 uw. i can do it with my monk fine, but i wanna try to be the ss. i dont want to start another character though. if i changed my mesmers secondary to a neco, and got the right skills, technically i could be an ss right? but would the build be good enought for the uw? my main concerns are that without any runes, i would be underpowered, and without soul reaping, i wouldent have enough energy.

Your concerns are exactly the reasons why Mesmers can't be SS.

On the other hand, Your MONK could change to a Smiter and Duo on the other end of things in a Bond/Smite Monk Duo build.

Technically you could be an SS necro in the sense, but no monk will ever want to go with you. The down time for your energy to regen for each mob would be a lot.
The person aboves comment about doing the 605 build is probably better. You be the smiter by maxing smiting prayers and using the 2 damage enchants so your doing the damage while they tank.
