Wings on Paragons

I was looking at the European website for GW and noticed the Paragon had, to my surprise, Wings! So will we get Wings for our paragons? or just animations for Chants and Echoes? Either way the wings on the paragon in the back ground are awesome!

I presume he's a storyline character.

With regular Paragon armor? Usually that is not the case for important NPC's or Henchman.

It is. In the pcgamer article, it says paragons grow wings and hover for a few seconds when certain shouts are activated i believe.

Yeah; but it's unlikely they look like those wings. It's like when necros and eles sometimes hover while casting; except Paragons will have wings. I'm still doubting they will look like that though.

Thats WAY too big, But im sure it will be of decent size though.

In PC Gamer it says that each time you use Shouts or Echoes The Paragon's Wings extend and he rises higher in the air.

Also the paragon is going to be the tallest Profetion / Character (if you chose to) AndThats just going to make him taller.
They really really want the Paragon to stand out.

SO I'll make him as tall as possible

Considering the paragon is almost a reskin of the ele and male eles are currently the tallest characters... yeah that makes sense.

im telling everyone right now with certainty that they will not have wings, dont get your hopes up. They would serve no purpose.

I read in the PC Gamer article that Paragons will rise above the battlefield, I don't remember if it said with wings or not.

Actually, they WILL have wings according to PC Gamer.

They don't really "have" wings. As stated they sort of sprout wings while they're casting.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are Like Dwanya's Blue Transperent Wings that spawn out of nowhere.

ANet wants Paragons to stand out as heroes, thats why they'll be the tallest profession, and like it said in PC gamer they WILL have wings when they use certain skills, like how elementalists rise into the air a little when they are casting. Also, if you pay attention all the Paragon enemies have wings, well at least the ones we've seen so far.

Those don't have wings because they're paragon; they have wings cause they're margonite.
