I'm looking after these two staff skins, Divine Staff (the one Menhlo's holding during mission in ) and dragon staff.
I do not care about max dmg or not, a bit off 11-22 is fine with me.
However I do require a dual mod staff such as 10/10 20/10 10/20 20/20, one % off is fine like 9/9 or 18/10...just not to off.
Reduce dazed is also acceptable, as for reduce blind...sry don't need.
the REQ for the staff can be any, from 7-13, however different does have different price.
(eg. no doubt fire is more valuable than illusion magic)
As for mod does not matter.
Please note that even if I accept inperfects but it does reflect on the value of the item.
