Quick question:

Does the added attack speed of tigers fury and Lightning reflexes stack?

since you cannot have more than one stance active, the answer is no.

however, you can stack up to a +33% IAS as long as the way you achieve it can be stacked (a spell and a stance, for example).

On a side note, you can stack with speed too. Sprint and Charge makes you move 33% faster, correct me if I am wrong.
