preorder of nightfall not avaliable on the online store?

Why is this so? and when will they have it??

It will never be in the ingame store for the same reasons they only sell the standard edition and not CE's as well as many other reasons.

You can't preorder from an online store that will only distribute keys and not the box itself, there are issues relating to how that key would be given to you when the game is in release and if you did have it on pre-order.

You cant preorder it there because They dont SEND you anything, not even an access key, they just automatically add the rights to play the campaign to your account. Because of this, they obviously have to start offering it when the game actually goes live.

You cant get Bonus Packs or CE edition there because, again, they dont SEND you anything...
