No more Pre order items?

i nolonger get my factions pre order items when i create a character or use the command /preorder i never saw ncsoft say the ywere going to stop letting us have them and i would like to keep getting them.

You can still spawn them; but after a certain point you have to use /bonusitems instead of /preorder.
