the evga card i had came with a lifetime warranty. evga replaced it quick and allowed crossshipment. i ship the defective card while at the same time evga ships out the replacement. Service is great.

EVGA is one of THE people to buy from. Double lifetime warranty and you can change the cooler, put a waterblock on it, fry it, it don't really matter (read the fine print, it's awesome!)

They unequivocally get my vote.

be careful with 'Lifetime Warranty' they refer to the lifetime of the product, so as an example, if they bring out an "x1800XT 512Mb" then that line of cards is found to have a fault (even 4 months later) they will Stop production of the card, and hence, those cards are no longer under any form of Warranty.

having had that experience with PNY i did double check on that.

in this case it states in plain language as long as you have the card and a receipt to prove you are the original owner you are covered.

has also been noted as confirmed in Maximum PC as a real lifetime guarantee as well
