WtB Celestial Axe, 15^50

I'm looking to buy a max dmg Celestial Axe with the 15% dmg over 50% health mod. Other mods dont matter, as i won't pay extra for them, nor does requirement matter, so please don't bother if its an 8 or 9 unless you want to get rid of it for cheap.
