If the skin's desired enough it will sell at full value regardless of mods, so consider wisely before you mod to sell.

i had a 10/10 canthan water skin, same req, PC'd around 40k or so.
this is a 20 recharge, so that'll drive up the price. maybe to 100k max.

Already stated what I thought the value range should be, just saying 10/10's are no where near as rare or as valueable as a 10/20...
