My Me/E15 is currently at Lion's arch. I've been doin a few quests here and there and was wondering what I am supposed to do next and at what level.
Also I found that diesse seaboard missioni thing and am wondering if thats the next step.

there are a bunch of quests you can do from lions arch, but the next mission is the seaboard....

The Seaboard is the next mission and you're at about the right level for that area.

One important quest of note in Lion's Arch comes from Magi Malaquire.
He starts a two-quest mission to unlock capture signets for your character.
Just didn't want you to run off and miss it!
Make sure you've talked to Sergio (Skills) as well.

You need to talk to the "xxx the guide" (don't remember his exact name) he'll give you a quest called "Report to the White mantle" (or something like that9 - it will take you to the next mission.

Or, if you have Factions and the cash you could pop over to Cantha and get good armour and nip back to Tyria.
