Golden Maul of Warding
Max Damage (req 13)
Energy +5
Armor +7 vs Elemental Damage

Poisonous Golden Phoenix Blade of Enchanting
Max Damage (req 12)
Damage +14% (always)
Energy -5
Poisons +33%
Enchantments 19% Longer

Crippling Golden Phoenix Blade
Max Damage (req 8)
Energy +5
Crippling 33%

Would it be better if I were to mod the last GPB with something other than a crippling hilt? Ditto the poisonous hilt on the other GPB

Thanks in advance!

If you added new mods, you'll increase your chances of sale, but not necessarily the value. This is the general rule.

If you're talking about modding for sale:

Imperfect inherent dmg mod weapons are never worth modding unless the skin is ultra rare (Cry, Dwarven, Serpent ..).

Regarding the +5: If you add a 20% enchant mod and an elemental hilt (you can find both for 11k quite easily) you'll make your item much more attractive. However, +5 energy swords are still quite popular, it may not need this for a fast sale. Your call '_^

Remodding for sale is only ever really an issue when you're talking about 20/20 and +30, as the 100k you're likely to spend on them won't attach itself to the weapon as the mods themselves will.

If you're keeping then mod however you want.
