A question. Is it even possible to cap this skill on the luxon side of things? I've been reading on guildwiki about it and it seems like you can only get it on the kurzick side.

After un-waking waters i think you can do some of the kurzick missions and get to some of the area's, allowing you to cap it. If not, complete the game.

It's a kurzick-side exclusive, I'm afraid, but easy as heck to cap.

There are quests you can get from Maatu Keep that will enable you to "temporarily" (if you so desire) become a kurzick and cap the skill.

Anyone can get it if they've done Sunjiang District. Its just outside House zu Heltzer.

I won't need to get 10K kurzick faction, or befriend them, just do the House Zu Helter quest from Jamei.
