Yeah, since the arguement comes from sellers wanting more profit (mods add up) or buyers wanting less cost (mods don't add value). Of course the general idea is that the buyer wins. You can sell it for more then its baseline value, but with some diffucultly (since as stated above and in the sticky, the value of a weapon comes from skin, rarity, inherent mod, and requirement). If you can find someone looking for this exact sword with these exact mods then you could sell it for "more" then the baseline sticky, but most buyers will mod weapons on their own, so it merely makes a weapon easier to sell to have 20/20 and +30 Mods on them.
