Need a little advice on Survivor Title

I am a Monk/Mesmer and I am currently Level 16 and I have only three things left to do on the island. The quest that makes you battle an afflicted assassin boss in the town right before Mission 2, Mission 2, and the second 15 point attribute quest. I want to stay on the Island if at all possible, but I am not sure if you can do it from here? Any tips or Ideas to make level 20???

The best way I found was to use exp scrolls and kill things (solo or with a friend) until you get sick of it, lvl 5+. That way the quest rewards would finish the total.

Or you can head to Kaineng, take the quest that makes the Am Fah south of the Marketplace allied then do the quests in that area.

Be careful in the second mission, those afflicted necs just love spiking survivors to death.
