My Warrior/Ritualist Build

Hello... Once a day I started to think about, making something else than Warrior/Monk...ele..etc. I thought hmm.. Warrior/Ritualist.. Then I started to think about the skills. Later on I went checking guildwiki to see what skills for Ritualist and what they are doing. I found some skills. I tried it out on Alliance Battle. It works dam good. Here are the skills:

1. Resilient Was Xilo (or Protective Was Kaolai)
2. Vengeful Weapon (or Weapon of Shadow)
3. Wielders Boon
4. Nightmare Weapon
5. Whirling Axe {E} (Can be capped outside Zos Shivros Channel Very easy)
6. Penetrating Blow (or Penetrating Chop)
7. Healing Signet.
8. [Optional] (res signet if going HoH, others if going Alliance Battle)

Usage:


When entering battle, u use Nightmare weapon. Use Nightmare Weapon when wearing a bow (or any other ranged attacks) to take a few Percent hp from your enemy (half the work killing ). If attack hits, equip your AXE. Slash like 2 times, then spam Whirling Axe.
When you are getting attacked, either a skill or a normal attack, and feeling hes going to attack u more often, use Vengeful Weapon (To give them 40+ dmg and u get that amount hp!)
When getting attacked by more than 2. Spam Vengeful Weapon, use Wielders Boon when recharged.
This build also makes an end of the dam Degen mesmers or necros. When you are the target of a mass degen, use Resilient Was Xilo to counter the degen. (it also works when getting a condition, it removes a condition if you drop it).
The other Axe skills. You can use them aswell, when you are 1v1 or 1v2, to do +dmg.

Equipment:

Gladiator armor
A bow, spear, wand or staff (doesnt really mather what)
a req 9-10 axe (like Sundering PvP Axe of Fortitude)

Requirements:

14 Axe mastery --------- (12+2) Major Axe Mastery
10 Tactic -------- (8+1+1) Tactic Helmet + Minor Tactics
9 Restoration Magic
5 Channeling Magic

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

So wait a second, you're putting in a skill that requires you to HOLD a summoned object? I'm sorry, it may make sense to you to counter degen or whatever like this, but I'll tell you right now that you're gimping your DPS to hell. An Empathetic Removal Sword warrior does what this build does more efficiently and a hundred times better.

In addition, I'll clue you in a little bit, WHIRLING AXE IS WORST WARRIOR ELITE IN THE GAME. (Aside from Primal Rage) You want to roll an Axe warrior? You put Eviscerate on your bar. You better have a damn good reason for not using the best Axe elite in the game.

Healing sig is fine for healing for a warrior, if you're needing to stop DPS'ing too much to heal sig up, you're either A. Overextended or B. Being clearly outplayed by the other team. If it's A, then get back to your team ASAP. If it's B... Well... practice more.

Ok, 1 thing.
Whirling Axe that skill isnt bad couse its only 2 adrenaline, and eviscerate is 8 adrenaline. Besides u can spam Whirling axe, to do more dmg so that makes it good. And if you wanna use eviscerate, u will hit them later couse they may run away so your dam late. Thats why Whirling Axe too. With Eviscerate you will miss like 4 x +20 dmg. I tried it with Eviscerate before Whirling Axe thought. That dint work, hell I did shitty damage, I was like omg is there a skill with 2 adrenaline that I can spam. There was Whirling Axe, I used it and its good now.

About that summoned item skill. U use it and run away. So u get rid of your condition degen and hex degen. Also this build is for Alliance Battle. So u will get degen and u will get conditions so I say this build is ok.

Eviscerate is ~+130 damage when you factor in the deepwound. It also doesn't disable itself on block.

WOW wow wow Wow

Eviscerate is a good elite Axe skill. But u gotta remember its an Alliance Battle build. U can try adding Eviscerate. Try Whirling Axe later, then you will see why . True, Whirling Axe is sucky couse of the ''10 seconds Disable when attack is blocked'' But again Eviscerate is a high Adrenaline skill. Thats why I use Whirling Axe isntead couse of low adrenaline. This build is to kill an enemy in a few seconds, and heal yourself. But try adding Eviscerate.

I actually made a war/rit build b4 that is completly anti-melee phys.

Riposte, deadly riposte, vengeful weapon, gladiator's defence, weapon of shadow, healing signet, resilient weapon, and rez sig.

Rez sig can be replaced with bonetti's defence for energy

With this build you can effectively face off against 1-4 melee attackers and almost never be below 75% health. if in trouble just blind everything and turn on bonetti's or gladiator's defence and use your signet. the riposte, deadly riposte and vengeful are your main damage skills.
