PC on 2 gold weapons (wingblade and longbow)

OK i would liek to know the value of these 2 weapons:

1.Gold Firey Feathered Longbow of Fortitude
Fire dmg:max 15-28 or w/e max is
Requires 8 marksman
+14% while in stance
+29 health

2. Gold Wingblade Sword
15-22(max dmg)
Requires 9 I think
+15%^50
no other mods

There is no priceing guide based off swords like the wingblade, gladius, or spatha. I guess there just not as wanted anymore.

Anyways what does perfect mean? Is it max dmg, req 8, and 15%^50 or what?

Also my frend wanted to add a +30 health mod to his wingblade (the one listed above) and I was wondering what the value would be when it was added.

1. salvage

2. don't mod... sell as is... 25k range...

gladius = most hated sword....cheapest of all

wingblade and spatha once were semi-wanted but never that popular

most people consider req 7, 8 or 9 15>50 "perfect", some even say that for higher req ones
