Pondering about Assassin and Ritualist getting new skills in NF

Now that we all know Assassin and Ritualist will get new skills in Nightfall, will Chapter 4 bring us new skills for Dervish and Paragon? What about chapter 5? Will Factions get new skills for Dervish and Paragon? If people buy only Nightfall, will they be making Assassin and Ritualist? or You'll need both Nightfall and Faction to get Assassins and Ritualist skills in Nightfall?

From what I have read you can not make an assassin or a ritualist in Nightfall. However there will be new ritualist and assassin skills. There probably will not be a way to change secondaries to either class in Nightfall without owning Factions.

At the moment this could be anets plan:Each new chapter will have new skills for each class from an older chapter. That way assassins and ritualists will have a reason to goto Elonia. And paragons,dervish,assassins and ritualists will have a reason to goto chapter 4 and so on. Also from what I have seen and read there apparently will be new armors for these classes each chapter(this I am not 100% sure about but it makes sense that they would)

Not really. They will be aquired in the same way the skills were for the six core classes in Factions for pre-existing characters.
