I know it isnt max dmg, but come on eles dont wand things to death they USE magic!!!!

its nice staff but as it isn't max dmg it has much less value than max dmg one. You see ppl rather want perfect ones more than near perfect. Though, you are right that eles use magic a lot and don't need to use wand to to do dmg.

I would salvage it for fire magic +1 (20%) a those go around 20-30k. As always its good to wait for Price Check Guru.
