Recharge Time: 45 seconds
Effect: All not-in-combat (attacking or being attacked) allies within earshot gain 1 strike of adrenelin per second for the next 1...7 seconds. This shout ends if you allies are attacked or attack.
Use: Probably best used right before a battle. Because adrenelin keeps for some time, it would not be required to rush into battle immediately, risking the shout's effect to end too soon.
Name: Convert Adrenline
Type: Skill (or Signet)
Profession: Warrior
Attribute: Tactics (or No Attribute)
Requires: 5 Energy (or none as a signet)
Casting Time: None (or 2 seconds as a signet)
Recharge Time: 45 seconds
Effect: Lose all adrenlin. For every strike lost, you gain 1 energy.
Alternative Effect Proposal: Lose all adrenelin. For every 4..2 strikes lost, you gain 1 energy
Use: If you are going with an energy usage based build as a warrior, this can keep your energy restored.
The alternate effect proposal in 'Convert Adrenline' is only so help keep the skill from being overpowered if it were to be a signet. As a skill, it would cost 5 energy, and so you wouldn't gain as much energy.
^_^ I hope you can all help me fine tune them to be a bit more balanced. It's hard to think up a skill and make it not overpowering. XD
Edit - Also, I put this in a separate topic from my other skill suggestion, "Prepare to Die!" because these two have something in common, whereas the skill suggestion "Prepare to Die!" is much different.
