Glyph of Elemental Augmentation (E) - no attribute
For the next 10 seconds, the elemental damage from any spell is increased by 5% for each point in Energy Storage. This spell causes exhaustion.
Cost 20, cast time 1, recharge 60
One for all
Elite Signet - no attribute
When equipped, Elite Signet has no other effect other than to allow you to equip 2 elites of your primary profession

elite signet is broken... theres many ways to abuse it...
think about spike again. ~140 damage from an orb, thatd be 210 with you're reasoning at only 10 ES. Now lets see... 80% is 252 damage i think. Lets have 2 eles with this and woohoo you just killed a monk with 2 eles in 3 secs. a little unbalanced dont you think
i realise the 60 recharge, but still arcane mimicry will allow you to use it every 30 secs i think...

agree on signlet seems broken... maybe have something like after you cast an elite spell/skill, you are knocked down/lose all energy or something like that...

what if you had it disable all your skills for awhile after the glyph was removed?

The logic for the glyph is that
a) it's elite, so forces you to drop another elite to use it
b) long recharge
c) increased damage only works if not interrupted or countered say by a monk damage reducing spell etc Makes eles have a choice of risking increased damage v less utility
d) exhaustion (2x if you use OBS Flame/Mind spell for example)
e) non-copyable/echoable (I think)
