Password Reset

Am i the only one having trouble with password reset ? Ive been trying to use it for 2 weeks and have even filed a support request to ncsoft that hasen't been updated since the 17th.

If this was a game from a small company with a limited playerbase i might have understood this but i mean its Guild Wars for crying out loud.

Oh and just so you know i hope that if you ever lose your password you do know the date you activated your account ... because they require that to reset it for you.
