Holy Haste reduces the cast time of your healing spells, but ends if you cast any Enchantments. Use this with spells that heal directly but have slow activation times, such as Healing Light and Ethereal Light, to convert them into powerful fast heals.
That sounds interesting. I wonder by how much this reduces casting times? Halves them I would assume.
Chilling Winds increases the duration of the next Water Magic Hex that hits your target. Combined with the longest lasting Water snares (Ice Prison and Teinai's Prison) this can be a persistent combo for slowing your enemy.
