6-28 Damage(requires 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15%(While Health Is Above 50%)
Armor Penetration 20%(Chance 20%)
Health +29

How much is it now, and if i got it perfect mods?

not worth much with no damage mod, i would salvage, and axe is 6-28, maybe u typed it wrong :/
