WTB high req 15^50 Halo Axe (preferably clean)

As the title indicates I'd like to buy a 15^50 Halo Axe with a high req (13 would be nice). I'd prefer it to be clean but if it's modded that's ok too (as long as the mods on it aren't expensive ones) as I intend to mod it myself (a zealous mod on the other hand would be perfect). As cheap as possible really. What would be a reasonable price for the kind of axe I'm looking for (not familiar with the supply/demand/rarity of Halo Axes)?
