lol by by touchers

well touchers out there looks like ure gona have to change ure stratigy, theres a paragon shout called "cant touch this" (seems the name is from mc hammer's song) that makes all touch moves fail, fanally we can stop the anoying touchers running around in AB killing you then shouting out "haha touched u"

are a little too late buddy.. poeple have been discussing this for days as it has been on a official gw site for a while. just thought i let you know...

This was a skill suggested several months ago in Sardelac, and the Official Guildwars site posted this skill as well a few days back. Nothing new sorry.

This skill will not kill the toucher build, cause u forget they have stances like whriling defence and dodge and blinding, I doubt the shout will last that long, so a toucher can just use his defence skills to ride it out. So no "by by touchies", Cripple shot and mesmer hexes are still the best way to beat them.

And try using a spell checker next time. If I wanted to read crap I'd go look on a public toilet wall.

A Paragon/Assassin would be able to deal with the stances as well.

Seriously, do you think introducing THAT skill would stop the toucher altogether?

There have been some other ways to stop the touchers LONG before the toucher even born: Snare, kiting for the starters.

The problem is how ppl refuse to use them. I mean, they can kite & snare no matter which profession they are. Now, this one new skill is for paragon ONLY. Do you think they will make a sacrifice to be a paragon AND use this skill?

I doubt it.

I dont know if this will be the end of the toucher build as such and really I hope its not given that they make such easy kills in Pvp where I normally play a Mesmer, although I have also killed then will pretty much any class. Something anyone can do if they understand how the Toucher build works. If this does end up killing the build I imagine that some other cheap shot build will just come out to take the place and be something that the lesser skilled Pvp players will use (Not that I am making out that I am a skilled pvp'er or anything) instead.

LOL I want the skill for the fun of shouting it!! Then I want a warrior shout called "hammer time" and I'll just spam them while dancing.
