PC on Celestial Sword 15^50

Just picked this up from a nahpui quarter run. i know the seconday mods arent gonna make a big difference in price but i thought maybe the rare skin along with the perfect inherent mod and low req could make it valuable

sorry to bump but need an updated PC, apaprantly some event made these less rare but im not sure wether its true or not
