Shadow Prison is a waste of an Elite, imo.

Shadow prison is useful no doubt, but not very dependable. Its recharge is just way too long. I would prefer something like Leaping Mantis Sting if your goal is to snare a foe. Or just plain don't take aggro, rush to the nearest "soft" target you see and wipe them out.

Shadow Prison is mainly used for the hex to trigger Black spider strike, to shadow step next to foe for a supprise attack, and avoid taking extra damage when solo ganking npcs.

I tested the build during GVG and the build worked out extremely well. Rarely die when used correctly, takes out many npcs, and great in assisting front line spikes when needed. During RA runs build is great for killing people who leaves monks healing range or killing monks if you are able to disrupt their heal and have someone assist with 20-30% damage.
