Help with the Preview Event

Ok, i have completed the secondmission, wher you kill the big wall guy at the end, and see the cutscene wwith something bad going down in elona. now what? Is there anotehr Primary quest and where do i take, or is that all the story we get fo r teh event? thanks, and btw i am a Sunspear Captain, do i need to get anotehr rank before the quest opens up to me?
