Emotes in Nightfall?

I guess I sort of expected this. Was this wrong?

Why would they introduce new emotes? Frankly this thread doesn't seem to have anything to do with Nightfall. It seems more like a thread about "list emotes you'd like to see".

They need to change what they have atm, the male Dervish is awfully identicle to the ranger flex...

For all the emotes other than /dance; there are only like three different sets for each gender that they reuse for different professions.

Monk, Warrior and Mesmer all use the same emotes.. okay not a big deal.. but then we have the Elementalist, Ranger, Assassin, Ritualist, Paragon AND Dervish all using the same emotes.

Now come on why not give the Dervish the Monk emotes and the Paragon the Necromancer emotes? Too many classes sharing emotes here kind of dissapointing.

This should have been made in Sardalac. But yes, there should be more emotes.

emotes I'd like to see:

/jesus
/superjump
/hand stand
/brag
/tea bag
/you don't lose 50 fame for ranking corpses noob AKA super rank
/rank *
/minipet dance
/slap self in face
/trip self and surprise (would be really funny to see I'm sure)
/blink
/wink
/sleep or /lay down
/harmonica
/cow boy (make their fingers into guns and shoot, pretend to put them into holsters)
/break neck (character's head goes 360 degrees around neck)
/break down (character gets emotionally involved with itself and has an emotional breakdown)
/juggle body parts (takes off head, leg, and arm then juggles them all in one hand while standing on one leg)
/stretch
/jog in place

that's all I could think of.

earlier, someone posted that /afk would actually change your status for your friends, and i think that is a GREAT idea. as for NEW ones...

/lay = exactly what it says.
/spin = character spins around rapidly. i can see this being the new thing that people gather to do lol.
/sing = to complete the band.

also, i really like the inclusion of rock, paper, scissors. that was a great idea.

I think it would be nice if they add emote for the sunspear title (maybe just use /rank and /fame is for HA emote only). HA is a pvp char way to get emote, why not have an rpg way to get emote? Maybe the first emote start at the Sunspear Legend title. This probably a solution for replayability of the game. Perhaps the title can be gain through 2 ways in Heroes vs Heroes (1v1) and an extremely tough dungeon for RPG lovers.
Note: this title is not an account base title which make your main char more fun to play.

Gaile Gray said the following when she was visiting Elona and I said the same thing: "We will not spend months and months to make new emotes, they are different in their own ways"

So she clearly said no to the idea. Boring yes, but I love GW anyway.
