Simple "Hero" question

I just got the 2nd hero (monk) and I see there is only one hero left to get.. does this mean that I am only 1/10 done with the game and I almost already have all the heros?

you can only have 3 heros in your party at once, there are many more heros to get.

Ah okay. So you can choose which ones you want and exchange them once you exceed 3?

Yes. From my experience there are six heroes available in the preview, but one of them is an either/or (you can unlock the elementalist or the ranger, but not both).

Unless someone's found a super secret one somewhere?

there are six heroes available in the preview:
Koss, the warrior
Dunkoro (or something like that) the monk
Melonni dervish
Tahlkora, a second monk
Acolyte jin ranger or acolyte sousuke ele

altough there are 12 heroes (at least named in the magazine)

i wish we could take them all in the same party
