Wtb Shields with [ look inside ]

Hey all, I'm in need off a shield with the following stats

Health +27 - 30 always
armor + 10 vs fire ( it's +10, right? +9 is vs type atacks ? )

any skin, req 10 - 13 tacs or strenght ( the higher, the better, since I always have 13 points in tacs and strenght )


I'm not looking for a rare skin, so I can pay 3515121335K, just to look great , same with req
