Well magmas shields are only strenght based so we can say for sure that mizzory doesn't own one.
A req. 9 strenght based will hit 500e with the greatest of ease. This is like the ultimate shield for a lot of people (well req. 8 but hey, you can't have it all)

they dont come in tactics req either...
if it does exist and is actually req 9 strength then i would think 400 ecto plus easy.
