I know it's just a preview, but something should be mentioned.
Any comments are welcome, and please add some skills that you think thats need to modify.

*Toxicity (Nightfall ranger spirit) -> poisoned or diseased creature suffer -4 more degen.
Compared to this, the elite spirit Lacerate is poor (costs more energy and only does -2 degen to bleeding ones).

*Clamor of Souls (Factions Channeling elite, 10e, 1s, 12r) -> For each nearby ally, one nearby foe is struck for 10...94 lightning damage. (The same foe cannot be struck more than once.)
Channeling has be buffed, but this elite is still poor, compared to other non elite PBAoE spells such as Flame Burst, this elite does less dmg, can only hits limited target, has longer cast time and longer recharge. That's why no one uses Clamor of Souls.

*Ravenous Gaze (Nightfall Blood Elite, 10e, 1s, 5r) -> Steal 15...27 Health from target foe. If your Health is still below 50%, steal up to an additional 15...75 Health.
You don't have much chance to use it. If you are pveing, when you find the chance and cast it, henchman has already healed you and you only steal 27 health. If you are doing GvG or HoH, this elite is much more useless. Because of Spiking issue, they don't design non-conditional strong life stealing skills, but this elite seems poorer than the normal vamp gaze.
And compared to Grenth's Balance which don't need any attribute and works much better.

*Glimmer of Light (Nightfall Healing elite, 5e, 1/4s, 1r) -> With channeling, a healing monk can spam 130+ healing... nonstop. Is it overpowered? At least I think it will replace WoH totally. Actually I have a question about "channeling", why does the energy gaining has no limit? for example -> For ..... seconds, whenever you cast a spell, you gain 1 Energy from each foe in the area (maximun ..... energy). And the "in the area" thing is actually very wide.

Still has mush to say, but I hope you can join the discussion. =)

Toxicity + Apply Poison = extreme cheap, non elite but deadly and constant -8 degen. I just noticed a lot of rangers doing this in pvp. Even you mend poison, they keep poison everyone.
This combe works in pve and pvp, and is very very cheap. =D

fragility->phantom pain->drain delusions->virulence->hypochondria->...
If its a team build, this makes for over 1000 damage + deepwound and kills all your enemies instantly. Even infuse is very hard to heal the target.

Hypochondria removes all the conditions before the main effects applies (this is obviously a bug or flaw) and causes fragility triggers countless times.

Hypochondria is obviously broken. The skill says it just transfers all the conditions from foes in the area to the target, it says nothing about removing conditions and reapplying them. The game is getting really stupid at the moment. I see nothing but Me/N in RA...its more like "Frag Spikewars" now.

hope there will be a fix when the game actually come out. When preview event come out, I only do pve then just did some ra with zidane plague touch, a bunch of m/n hypos...jeez...I'll get the game when it come out, but I probably wont play pvp in a month or two...

Actually, the skill works exactly as described by its description. If you plan to transfer something from point A to point B, you have to pick it up (remove it) and the put it down (put them back on). However it does bring to mind the days of frag spike and will probably result in either fragility itself being tweaked a little more or some other change.

but you pick it up from point A (remove it), but you do not put it down in the same point A. you put it down in point B. The skill is broken because it did not transfer. It reappllies on the same target. That doubles the damage.
