If it weren't 13 it would be 100k right? I really want to use an expert salvage kit on it but I'm afraid I might get irons. It happened to me so many times before.

5k~, I'd suggest to salvage though. Even if it would be req8, the skin is very unopopular and price would hang around 20-25k~ area.
