Hero's Not Using Skills?

Has anybody else noticed the warrior hero not using some skills? I equipped a shout on him and he doesn't use it. Or if he does, he doesn't say it out loud like everyone else does when they use one.

Yeah, koss doesn't use Cyclone axe.

maybe koss thinks it's a noob skill so he doesnt use it.

Hero's AI is not finished yet. They use skills wrong, and flat out dont use some at all.

No one reading the official site anymore is FTW
