No, A-Net just got lazy with character models.
Crystal Alice

i bet it's the fortune teller in Elonian clothing!

You do realize that the same character is also located in Shing-Jea monestary
LumpOfCole
Maybe in this world, all old people just look exactly the same then

How odd, Perhaps shiro might return for a reason, Or else the case is closed
Horseman Of War
with all the work theyve done, Id hardly call ANet's programmers and animators 'lazy'
its obviously intentional. its bad ju ju at that, to boot...
Anyone else think that the preview opened up more questions than answers?

whe never knew if the Emperor wanted to kill shiro for sure either, A fortune teller never lies, ''Right?''

It puts Shiro into "pawn" status, but if I were a Canthan pissed that my entire sea turned into green rock and my entire forest turned into a collection of statues and the real reason behind all of that was because some diety disguised him/herself as an old bag that tricked the Emperor's bodyguard into killing the Emperor, I'd be all kinds of pissed at that diety.

I seem to remember Shiro killing the teller...
and besides... wasnt that like 200 years ago?
come on... NPC "clones" arent uncommon...
I went to the battle ilses and found two Eve's standing in the condition circles side by side...

it's really interesting though... the beta for Nightfall just came out and i don't think they would just randomly put a character that has the same look as the Factions Fortune Teller. Another thing may be that the Fortune Teller could have been influenced by Abaddon, the rejected god. There must be a reason for the similarity. Also, if you all bought the PC Gamer magazine to get the funny little mini (me!) and read the article it says that Nightfall will tie up loose ends from Prophecies and Factions.
Something is most likely to happen with the Titans and the "Fortune Teller" is what i'm guessing.

That would be hilarious. Although quite annoying. In fact, extremely annoying.
And maybe all necromancers from Cantha's spells don't work! Or not. That would be just stupid.
P.S. I'm kinda... not thinking straight since it's 1 in the morning.
