first things first; the skin is rare and hold a lot value only 'coz that but the stats determines the real value. this is nice 10/20 recharge and could hit a lot of plats but its real shame it has mixed stats (water magic/protection). You can see if someone gets interested in it on Sell forum. It does have low req which helps a bit. Try around 30-40k starting bid and see if anyone wants it. And wait for more comments as this is bit tricky item (least to me).
