Heroes: Buy them buffs at res shrines

I'd like to see the ability to purchase res shrine buffs (for example, the health buff from Lyssa's Muse) for our heroes, and not just ourselves.

It would be nice, but they only affect you, not even other party members or henchies. It might work if you can take heroes over to Cantha or Tyria.
