Health Regeneration -1........<---- oh noes!
+7 v elemental

also if i put a vampiric hilt on this would the -1 stack and be a really unhealthy -2 ..

any views on this appreciated .. but I cant see anyone wanting this unless for its oddness.

I'd say maybe 15-25k

and the vamp hp degen will stack to give -2
