External friends list

Hi, i know this has been suggested before but i think its a good idea.
A External chatting app for guild wars, maybe like a "msn messenger" kinda thing for Guild Wars, so you can talk to friends, and guild while offline or online from GW, so people like me bored at work can message my friends and such. i know Matrix online had this kinda thing where each in game character had a free personal aol messenger thing, s you can talk to people in game while not being actually in game.
