WTB -1 degen conditional dmg mod weapon

WTB a weapon with the -1 degen conditional on it so i can put a vamp mod on it and have -2 degen.

dmg and mods on it doesnt matter, skin doesnt matter not looking to spend a lot.

doesnt matter if it is max vamp it can be a sword with 1:1 vamp hilt on it.
