Secondary professsion GONE!

no i made the mistake of writing the ticket semi-drunk so it kinda slipped my mind but i think i worded it pretty well

also i checked the ticked and it says closed which means i guess they reviewed and did nothing because i still have the problem but ill be patient here and wiat a week or so

No, don't wait. Like I suggested earlier, update the ticket. Doesn't matter if it's closed or not. If it won't let you update, submit a new one. Keep poking at them until they at least acknowledge the problem. Be that squeaky wheel that wants the grease, but remember that politeness counts.

well i created a new one since they closed my old one and i included a SS of my Hero screen showing that i only have 4 attributes to add points to and just made a reference to my old ticket with the number of my old ticket included

I'm glad. I really hope you get some resolution on this. Just gotta keep pokin' at 'em.

All my chars were changed to pures. So all I did was go to a profession changer and change it back X.x

Try:
- Temple of balthazar on battle isles
- senjis corner
- a desert changer/mission

If that doesn't work, try it again. If it still doesn't work, go there and actually talk to the npcs, click the profession you want and make sure you brought at least 500g.

If it still doesn't work then you're allowed to yell at me.

Yes its true that some Secondary profs disappeared when the skills list got changed for hero options etc. My ranger only had to choose from R, and R/Me, and before the update I had R/Me, R/E and R/Mo unlocked. The update deleted some secondary profs for chars. For me, R/E, R/Mo, W/E and Mo/N all disappeared from my chars.

I see that Arenanet have still not fixed the missing secondary profession bug after the Nightfall even finished.

Hey, sorry I missed this earlier! Don't worry, we ARE fixing this and quite soon. We will be automatically restoring the secondary profession of people who removed it during the Nightfall WPE.
