Paragon secondary with Spear Mastery

This is mainly about PvP builds.

I tried a Warrior/Paragon with about 5 adrenal spear attacks and Rage of the Ntouka to immediately charge them all up, then used Flail and fired them away. 16 in Strength. The spike wasn't as good as a real adrenal spike with, say, an Axe, but it was good pressure damage and I wonder how it would compare to a 16 Spear Mastery Paragon.

A got a few scoffs in RA--"A warrior with a spear, LOL"--but to me it makes more sense than an Ranger/Paragon, and it got me a glad point. Some of the better spear attacks are adrenal, so besides Apply Poison or Beast Mastery there's no improvement in damage/pressure that a Ranger primary could offer.

i think that a P/E would be useful for burning the enemies using moves like anthem of flame and immolate, hell im gonna do that now :P
