Non max items generally only sell for a few k.

However, this is still completely functional and if you find someone who isn't a perfectionist, you could still get something for this.

Example: A guild mate of mine bought a req8 15-21 15^50 for 100k. He didn't see the point in paying five times that for 1 point of dmg, and didn't mind what he paid for this.

How much is this worth? It all depends how lucky you are.
