Right about...here.

Tyrian Realms of Terra [Tera]

Yes, I'm aware that there are a bajillion "add more options to my char" threads out there.
However, I didn't see one on this topic. So sue me.

In a world such as Tyria, there should be a lot of myopic mages. (I mean, come on...they read scrolls in dark, musty libraries all the time. That -can't- be good for their eyesight.) So it would follow easily that people in Guild Wars should be able to wear glasses of various sorts.
Granted, I can see how some classes wouldn't do so well with it. A nearsighted Warrior or Ranger would be a laughable commodity, so I don't think they'd need them...however, Elementalists are prime candidates for such a thing. Mesmers would be a little difficult, due to the whole mask-wearing business, but they'd legitimately need them, too. And I think Dervishes would do well with glasses, what with that hood over their eyes all the time. (Think of the eyestrain...!) And those emo Necromancers, too. (Horn-rimmed glasses FTW!)

Though it would be pointless for Ritualists to have any. Aeson's blind, after all, and it never stopped him.

So, what say you? Would you be interested in adding some kind of glasses to your character(s), and/or allowing others to do the same?

Most of the chars you create are 20 years old or so (Eve is 18 if i am not wrong)...AND I don't see many healthy "post-teenagers" (I am one of them btw / 21 years here) using glasses... even nowadays whith so much screens in front of our eyes.

Also, I realy don't think the community would really like to use this feature a lot, and off course, it is 100% useless feature. PLUS in most of the times you wouldn't even notice it

Latter.

I'm twenty, and I don't plan on ever NOT using glasses.
As for the characters, why not? Its more customization of looks, and I never have a problem with that. As long as it doesn't take away from other aspects of the game, that is.
